White Tongue

A white coating on your tongue is not normal, and it can be quite thick like mine was. I found that the white coating on my tongue prevented me from tasting foods properly, thus when the coating began to break down, I was able to feel and taste my food better. It can take a while for the coating to go, but it’s fascinating to watch it breakdown, as the Candida dies off. A white tongue doesn’t always mean Candida but it’s worth looking at your lifestyle and symptoms.

The photos below are of my tongue taken 12- weeks apart.

The tongue on my left is week 1 of my Candida program. You can see the white coating. I had tried to scrape my tongue but the white coating did not budge.

The photo on the right is week 12 of my Candida program. As you can see the white coating has significantly disappeared. I had scraped a little also but the result was much better.
