Policy Statement of Intent

Boil and Broth Ltd is committed to ensuring your consumer rights are adhered to and have implemented this policy for your assurance.

Returns

We will refund most goods provided they are returned to us within 28 days of receipt and are in their original packaging and unopened, unless of course there is a quality issue with the contents.

In the rare event of a quality issue precipitating a return, you will need to provide photographic evidence and explanation of the quality issue, prior to returning the goods to us.  We will advise you how to proceed in this instance. Please email info@boilandbroth.com

Unless the item is faulty, you will be responsible for the return of the product to us including the cost of postage.

You can only return orders of that you have bought directly from us through the website. If you buy through a shop or other online provider, then you will need to return your order with them.

Cancellations

Your Right to Cancel under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.

You have the legal right to cancel your order under these regulations and goods must be returned unopened and in their original packaging.  The cancellation period will expire 14 days after the goods are received by you or by a third party nominated to receive the goods on your behalf. You must clearly communicate with us your cancellation request by contacting us at info@boilandbroth.com

If you do cancel, we will reimburse you the cost of the cancelled goods.  Where the order has been cancelled prior to the goods being shipped, the reimbursement will be made to you at the latest 14 days after receipt of the notice of cancellation.  Where you have received the goods, reimbursement will be made no later than 14 days after the receipt of the returned goods with us.

You are responsible for the return of products to us, and if you have cancelled your order after we have shipped, we will only reimburse you for the item, not the postage.

Faulty Goods

Consumer Rights Act 2015

If any product is returned to us due to a fault or quality issue, we will provide you with a replacement item.

All reimbursements will be made via the original method of payment.
