Rachel Down is the Founder and CEO of Boil and Broth, and the British Broth Company. Rachel is experienced in gut health, wellness consultancy, food nutrition, health science and product development. With her team, she directs and leads Boil and Broth into new global markets to ensure the products are available and accessible to all people of the world.

Rachel is a Christian and believes in the Word of God. She is passionate about making change in a broken world, and shares her strong beliefs with her husband Simon, and her two children.

In her spare time, Rachel loves to draw portraits, paint and also write. She has written Be Candida Free and multiple other ebooks available to help people on their wellness journey.
