How will my order be delivered?

This is rare that this should happen but in some cases, the freezer packs may leak. If it does look like there is a leakage, please open the box and contact us if there is any problem with your delivery. Photos are always helpful.

Do you deliver outside of the UK?

Yes we do, but this depends on where you are and postage can be expensive. Please contact us and we will be happy to quote you.

Can I heat my broth in the microwave?

Yes you can, but please ensure that the broth has been removed from the pouch. You cannot put the pouches in the microwave. The best way to do this is to defrost the broth in the fridge, and then remove how much you would like, put it into a cup and heat on low for 30 seconds in the microwave. Repeat the time for as long as desired, and make sure you cool the broth before drinking.

Can I give your broth to my dog?

We cannot advertise that our broth is suitable for pets, but there are NO added ingredients in our broth meaning that it is fine to give to dogs and cats if you choose. However, it should be complimentary feed to your pets diet

Is it safe to give broth to my baby or child?

Bone broth can be given as an addition to your child’s diet if they have been weaned. You can add the broth when cooking meals. Broth should never be given as the only source of nutrition. See our Baby Broth Page for more detail
