Our broths are high in concentration. They contain pure protein. This is why you only need a small amount per serving.

A 50g pouch can rehydrate back to 1 litre of liquid bone broth. This is equivalent to 30 servings for a small dog.

Recommended Serving Guidelines:

Small Dog (5-20kg) = 1/3 scoop with 30ml-50ml of boiling hot water.

Medium Dog (20-35kg) = 1/2 scoop with 50ml-70ml of boiling hot water.

Large Dog (35kg+) = 1 scoop with 100ml of boiling hot water.

Rehydrate back to liquid broth.

Measure the broth powder according to the feeding guidelines below. Add boiling hot water and stir well to prevent clumping. Let the broth cool before serving.

Rehydrate back to a collagen jelly.

Add one scoop (5g) to a jug with 70ml of boiling hot water. Double the amount if you want to make up more. If you want more jelly, just use less water per scoop. Stir well and then put your liquid broth into your fridge. We recommend the back of the fridge because it’s cooler. Make sure your fridge is set to 3 degrees. Leave for 24 hours.

Rehydrate back to a liquid and freeze into moulds.

Add two scoops to a jug with 100ml of boiling hot water. Stir well and then pour your broth into frozen moulds. Place in the freezer for 24 hours.

Sprinkle on a meal as a topper.

Following the feeding guidelines, sprinkle the broth powder directly on to your dog’s meal.

Rehydrate back to liquid broth and add to recipes.

FAQs

My bone broth won’t turn into jelly, why is this?

Collagen is the protein that makes your broth turn to jelly. Collagen is a delicate protein and will only set at temperatures of 3-4 degrees. Make sure your fridge is turned right down to get your broth to wobble.

My parcel hasn’t arrived, what should I do?

We use Royal Mail to send our parcels. Please visit our shipping policy for more information. Link to the shipping policy

How much apple cider vinegar is used?

Apple cider vinegar is used as a processing ingredient. There is less than 1% used during the broth production process. Once the broth has been pressure cooked, there is no apple cider vinegar left in the final product.

My broth sticks to the spoon when stirring, why is this?

Collagen causes the broth to stick to the spoon. It is a natural product and you need to be patient with it. Simply use another spoon to scrape off the collagen into the hot water and continue to stir.

Can I freeze my broth once rehydrated?

Yes absolutely. This is a common way people love to use our broths. Simply make up the broths following the guidelines and then put any unwanted liquid broth in the freezer.
