INGREDIENTS:
1000ml beef broth
6 parsnips peeled and cut
1 whole broccoli
1 white potato peeled and cut
METHOD
- Turn the slow cooker on to high
- Cut and peel all the vegetables
- Wash the vegetables before adding to the slow cooker
- Add the beef broth and water
- Cook in the slow cooker for 3 hours
- Blend the vegetables together and serve
