You can serve with pasta, although pasta contains gluten so if you are gluten conscious, then serve this with quinoa and salad. It’s delicious.

TOTAL PREP TIME: 10-minutes
1 tbsp olive oil
500g turkey mince
150g smoked bacon cut into smaller pieces
400ml Boil and Broth beef broth
1/2 broccoli chopped
1 red pepper chopped
2 small brown onions chopped
100g tomato puree
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
1 tbsp smoked paprika
1 tsp pepper
- In a wok heat the olive oil until melted, then add the turkey mince and bacon. Cook for 5-minutes.
- Add broccoli, red pepper and onions to the wok, stir and continue to cook on medium further 3-minutes.
- Add the bone broth and tomato puree. Stir together. Cover and let it simmer for 20-minutes. Checking and occasionally stirring.
- Add the cayenne, paprika and pepper. Stir together and cook for a further 2-minutes.
Serve with quinoa and spinach.
